1. Operator Information
AVWK STORE (Audio Visual World of Kekcusma) – the official print-on-demand store and digital design service of Kekcusma.
WOOD STORE – the official handcrafted wood products store of Kekcusma, selling wooden jewellery, utensils and natural-material craft items.

2. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through AVWK STORE and WOOD STORE on Kekcusma.com.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all product-specific instructions displayed in the store.

Customers outside these regions may still order by contacting directly. Terms, delivery options and payment methods are then agreed personally and individually.
Custom design and service-based work is billed as agreed on contract.

3. Products
The Kekcusma.com webstores sell two main product categories:
A) Print-on-Demand (POD) Products – AVWK STORE
Products include:
Ceramic & enamel mugs
Stainless-steel travel mugs, tumblers & bottles
Canvas prints, posters & wall art
Towels, apparel, bags
Other digitally designed items
These items are produced individually for each order at partner facilities in Europe, the UK or North America. Minor variations in print alignment, tone or finish are normal and not considered as defects.
B) Handcrafted Wooden Products – WOOD STORE
Products include:
Wooden earrings and jewellery
Wooden kitchen utensils
Small woodcraft items
These items are:
Handmade in Finland
Stored and shipped directly from Finland
In stock and ready to ship immediately (1–2 business days)
Delivered to EEA + North America
Every wooden item is unique and natural variations in the material’s appearance are normal.

3.1 Custom Design Services (Digital Print Design)
Kekcusma offers tailored digital design services, including custom artwork, image editing, print-ready layout work and visual concepts.
Key Terms
Design work is performed customer-oriented, according to the client’s instructions.
All customer files and materials are handled confidentially and never shared with third parties.
Kekcusma may refuse work that is illegal, inappropriate or violates copyright.
Copyright remains with Kekcusma unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Work is billed either hourly or by fixed contract on the price of specific product.
Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, due to the creative nature of the service.
4. Prices & Taxes
Webstore orders
All prices are displayed and payable in euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT (25.5%), unless otherwise stated.
If you view prices or pay in another currency through your bank or payment provider, the final amount charged in your local currency may vary due to exchange rates, bank fees or currency conversion costs. Kekcusma is not responsible for such variations or additional charges.
Unless otherwise agreed, online store prices apply only to purchases completed through the webstore checkout.
Invoice orders
All For invoice-based sales (custom orders, services or manually handled orders), product prices and service fees may differ from webstore prices, and will be confirmed separately in offer sent to customer before invoicing.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are shown at checkout or in your invoice.
Prices may change at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout (or in a written offer/invoice) is binding for that specific order. Pices are displayed and payable in euros (EUR) and include Finnish VAT (25.5%), unless otherwise stated.

Payments in both AVWK STORE and WOOD STORE are securely processed through Squarespace Payments on checkout page.

7. Shipping
POD Products (AVWK STORE)
Print-on-Demand items are shipped directly from the production partner’s facility.
Because different POD products are manufactured in different regions (EU, UK or North America), each POD item has its own product-specific delivery time, which is always displayed on the particular product page.

Usually between 4 and 20 days
In rare cases up to 30 days depending the destination

Handcrafted Wooden Products (WOOD STORE)
All wooden products are shipped from KIIPU Finland.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier. Typical delivery times are:European Economic Area (EEA): 3–10 business days
North America: usually slightly longer; estimated delivery time is provided per order
WOOD STORE products are usually in stock and ship out within 1–7 business days.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
POD Products
No returns
No exchanges
No cancellations once production has begun
(POD products are exempt from EU withdrawal rights.)
Handcrafted Wooden Products 14-Day Return Right
Wooden products may be returned within 14 days if:
The item is unused
The item is in new and saleable condition
All original packaging is included
Customer pays return shipping
Refunds are processed after case inspection.
Defective or Damaged Products (All Items)
Report defects within 14 days with photos/video and your order number.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages
Report lost or significantly delayed shipments within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate with the carrier and fulfilment partner.

10. Intellectual Property
All artworks, product designs, texts, product names and the AVWK creative universe belong to:

11. Limitation of Liability
Kekcusma is not responsible for:
Delivery delays
Customs/import fees
Incorrect customer address details
Minor POD production variations
Third-party fulfilment issues
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
12. Privacy and customer register
When shopping you accept the Kekcusma privacy policy and information collecting to Kekcusma’s customer register.
All customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR and the Kekcusma Privacy Policy. Data is used solely for processing orders and necessary communication.
