Products can be ordered within the supported delivery regions with free shipping to the customer’s nearest pickup point.

Ordering by invoice is available and it’s the only way to shop and ship outside European economic area (EEA) & North America.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days (normal processing range: 1–6 business days). After processing order is on delivery.

Fastest Processing Method

Order by invoice

Once customer and company have agreed on invoicing, the invoice has been issued and the payment received, orders will almost always be processed within 72 hours (on business days) from the payment which means that order is on delivery to it’s final destination.

Delivery of Orders

ALL STANDARD DELIVERIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE

No separate shipping fees applied when products are delivered to nearest pick up point:

  • European Economic Area (EEA)

  • North America

POD Products (Print on Demand)

POD products sold through the AVWK Store are produced to order.
Delivery times depend on the location of the manufacturing partner.

The nearest available manufacturer is chosen automatically based on the delivery address whenever possible. Some products, however, have only one global manufacturer, meaning production always takes place at a fixed location.

The overall delivery time for POD orders includes:

  • payment confirmation

  • order processing

  • product manufacturing

  • product shipping

Kekcusma is not responsible for delays caused by third-party partners or carriers.
All times are estimates and may vary.

WOOD Products (Handcrafted Items)

Wood products sold through the WOOD Store are ready-made stock items unless otherwise noted. They are typically shipped within a couple of days after payment has been received.

Items ordered by invoice are not stock items — each is individually handmade to order so.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Web store purchases

    • To Finland: usually 2–5 business days

    • Europe: usually 3–10 business days

    • Global: 5–30 business days

  • Invoice orders

    • Production time will be added because invoice orders are made to order products

Payment Methods

Kekcusma.com uses Squarespace Payments, which may offer the following checkout options:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Apple Pay (supported devices and browsers)

  • Google Pay (supported devices and browsers)

  • Klarna (availability depends on region and Klarna’s approval)

Online banking transfers are not supported.

Important Notice About Payment Method Availability

Available payment methods at checkout page depend on the customer’s:

  • geolocation

  • device

  • browser

Therefore, not all methods listed above will necessarily appear for:

  • every customer on checkout

  • on every device used on checkout

  • or within every browser used on checkout

For best buying compatibility Squarespace Payments recommends Chrome and Safari.

Ordering by Invoice

Ordering by invoice is available upon request. Kekcusma offers the fastest possible order processing for invoice orders because:

Invoice payments do not incur payment processing fees. This makes invoice orders the most cost-efficient option for a small independent business.

For this reason customers using invoice ordering receive priority processing.

How to Order by Invoice

You may place an invoice order by:

  • Filling out the order contact form with your order details and contact information
    (your email address is essential for receiving the offer and confirmation),
    or

  • Contacting me directly via any listed method and providing your order details.

Invoice Order Process

  1. You will receive a written offer by email within 1 – 2 days (business days) from 1st contact

  2. By accepting the offer with a simple “yes” reply, you will receive a PDF invoice by email. The invoice includes a payment barcode for fast processing.

  3. Payment is easy and secure — scanning the barcode in your banking app takes only a moment.

When Does Processing Begin?

Your order will be on process:

  • immediately after payment,
    or

  • within 24 hours of payment on business days.

If You Change Your Mind

If you decide not to proceed after receiving the invoice, simply do not pay it. No reminders or collection letters will be sent. A brief notice is appreciated though, as it allows the invoice to be voided in the bookkeeping system.

The seller reserves the right to void unpaid invoices immediately after the due date (for example, if related to a time-limited promotional offer).

Returns, Complaints & Satisfaction Guarantee

POD Products (Print on Demand)

The EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to POD products, as they are custom-made to order.

Therefore, POD products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If a POD product arrives defective, misprinted or damaged, a new replacement item will be provided.
A return is usually not required due to international logistics, though it may be requested in rare cases (e.g., large orders or manufacturer review).

Complaints must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Please provide:

  • a photo or video

  • a brief description of the issue

  • your order details

WhatsApp is the fastest channel for customer support.

Refunds

POD Products (Print on Demand)

POD items are custom-made for each order.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, production preparations begin.
For this reason, refunds are not available after confirmation.

Refunds may be granted if the cancellation request is made before confirmation, at the seller’s discretion.

Manufacturer errors or damaged items are always replaced under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

WOOD Products – Made to Order (Invoice Orders)

Invoice-based wood products are individually handcrafted.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, production preparations begin.
Refunds are therefore not available once work has begun.

Refunds may be granted if cancellation is requested before confirmation, at the seller’s discretion.

WOOD Products – Stock Items

For ready-made stock items, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies, and refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

General Refund Terms

Unpaid invoices are voided.
Orders paid by invoice are processed only after payment is received.
