Print-on-demand (POD) products fulfilled by third-party production partners
Prints are designed by AVWK STUDiOS / Oskari Kekkonen
Product descriptions, visuals and specifications are provided as accurately as possible.
Slight variations may occur especially in handmade items.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT when applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Holvi’s payment system. Your order is confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

Invoice is sent via email.

Kekcusma reserves the right to change prices at any time but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Each product in Holvi Shop Kekcusma has its own processing time and estimated delivery time, which are clearly stated on the respective product page.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the processing and delivery timeframe shown for that specific item.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipped directly by Kekcusma from KIIPU, Finland.
Order processing and shipping times are shown on each product’s page.
As these items are handmade, delivery times may vary slightly depending on craftsmanship and stock.
Print-on-Demand Products ( POD)
Produced and shipped by third-party partners.
Order processing and delivery times listed on each product page are based on typical production and shipping estimates provided by our partners.
Actual delivery times may vary by region and carrier.

POD Products – No Returns or Refunds
Print-on-demand products are custom-made individually for each customer.
For this reason POD items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your POD item is defective:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Provide reclamation (incl. photos or video and order details).
Kekcusma arranges a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
Handmade Wood Products
Handmade items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
6. Order Issues & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Make a reclamation with photos or video and your order number included.
Kekcusma will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, woodwork, graphics and product concepts in the store are the property of Kekcusma © Oskari Kekkonen.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kekcusma is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by:
Third-party carriers
Production partners
Customs or import processes
Force majeure events
Our liability is limited to the value and quality of the purchased product.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Finland and EU.
Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation.
